 In order to have that flawless skin, you either need to have the same bank account as them or God-given makeup skills and if you’re really lucky, good genes that run in the family. But common people like us don’t have that much of a choice but to look for other ways to get that healthy radiant blemish-free skin without sucking our wallets dry and it begins with a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly regimen.

But to get that flawless skin your after without blowing up tons of money needs hard work and dedication. It’s not as easy as you think because it will need commitment and perseverance to achieve that blemish-free look. So, if you’re ready to take your relationship with your skin to the next level then buckle up and take some notes.

We all know old habits die hard but if you want that perfect skin, it’s time to actually stop going to bed with makeup on or rushing out without sunscreen. By replacing them with new positive habits, you can make a huge difference in your complexion in a short period of time. But what kind of regime should you do?

Here is a quick guide on getting the flawless, blemish-free skin you’ve ever wanted.

DAILY
  1. Develop a healthy regime by washing your skin twice daily – once in the morning and once at night. For the morning, you’re preparing your skin for a day’s battle of pollution and UVB rays or other elements that can cause skin damage and, in the evening, you’re washing all the impurities away that built up throughout the day, like dirt and oil. This includes taking your makeup off every night without exceptions! It does not only clog your pores but trap dirt and pollution which blocks essential repair it goes through when you sleep.

Turn down the heat even when the temptation rises to soak in hot baths in colder months – your skin will be healthier and less dry when the water is warm rather than hot, the same goes with washing your hands. Look for one that has UVA and UVB blockers, and zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
  4. Healthy is always good – drink plenty of water and sleep at least eight hours every night. It is also good to eat clean to avoid breakouts. Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetable are the great plus low-sodium diet to prevent puffiness.
WEEKLY

Tweak you trusted regime a little – even if it’s your trusted regime that kept your skin looking fresh and young as ever needs a bit of twist even once in a while with the changing of the seasons. Winters will need slightly thicker moisturizers while in hot summers needs a pore de-clogging hydroxy acids. Consider also seeing a dermatologist to help you know the best course you should take.
